Tuatara can suddenly bite

They have sharp teeth

When tuataras bite they don’t let go for a long time

Tuatara means (spiny back)

Tuataras are soft

They have Sharp claws on its feet

Tuataras have been in Nz For Eighty million years

They are not Lizards.

They are the only survivors  of the group of reptiles  called Sphenodon
They live in burrows

They can move Quickly
